1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using iDigital, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
iDigital is an AI-powered development service that transforms your ideas into software through automated requirement analysis, milestone-based project management, and expert human oversight. We provide project analysis, technical architecture review, cost estimation, development management, and post-launch maintenance & support subscriptions.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information for your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
- One person or legal entity may hold only one account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Project Terms
- All project requirements must be accurate and complete.
- Each project goes through AI requirement gathering and technical review before pricing.
- Projects are delivered on a milestone basis; client approval is required to progress.
- Intellectual property rights transfer upon final payment completion.
5. Payment Terms
- Each milestone is priced individually and must be paid before work on it begins.
- Payments are processed through Stripe or Instapay.
- Invoices are issued through the platform and visible in your account.
- Approved milestones are non-refundable once delivery has been accepted.
6. Maintenance & Support Subscription
- A monthly maintenance & support price may be set per project.
- Subscription invoices are generated automatically on the 1st of each calendar month.
- Submitting support tickets for a project requires that project's subscription to be paid for the current calendar month.
- Paying a previous month's invoice late does not retroactively cover earlier months.
- The subscription can be adjusted or cancelled per project at any time; charges already invoiced remain due.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, iDigital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
