3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services
• One person or legal entity may hold only one account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Project Terms

• All project requirements must be accurate and complete
• Payment is required before project commencement
• Projects are delivered on a milestone basis
• Client approval is required for milestone progression
• Intellectual property rights transfer upon final payment completion

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in USD
• Payment must be made before project start
• Milestone payments are released upon deliverable approval

Upon full payment completion, all intellectual property rights to the developed software transfer to the client. We retain the right to use anonymized project data for portfolio purposes and service improvement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any completed work will be delivered upon payment of outstanding invoices. Ongoing projects will be charged for work completed up to the termination date.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
